dunnage RETURN Information
Lagersmith provides dunnage to keep products secure during shipment, with the expectation that our partners return them in a reasonable amount of time. Whether you work with a co-packer or organize dunnage freight yourself, there is a 2-month window for dunnage return. Dunnage should be clean and in like-new condition. Lagersmith Dunnage Agreement
Lagersmith does not charge dunnage deposits, however, dunnage items will be charged if not returned within 60 days from the ship date. Dunnage must be returned clean, undamaged, and in usable condition. Dunnage includes plastic top frames, slip sheets, and pallets. .

Plastic dunnage is required to be returned to a designated location, in like-new condition. To ensure your dunnage return is successful, click the link below to complete the dunnage return form. Dunnage not returned as specified could result in replacement fees.
